Visiting my family in Montpellier, south of France, we gathered around a good and simple meal. Excellent white Macon from burgundy, dry goat cheese marinated in olive oil and combava, and succulent fresh funghi porcini from the Jura region.
Nothing like family. Nothing like home. Aloha! Beautiful white MaconFunghi porcini marinated in olive oil. We will eat them for Christmas. The same are sold 100£ a kilo in London.
I was born in Montpellier, France. Lisbon after 10 years in London. Married to my second half, Carolina, born in Buenos Aires Argentina. We have 2 sons, Baptiste and Calvin, both born in London respectively back in 2011 and 2013. We simply love and enjoy the simple things life has to offer. We feel privileged and decided to share our journey to making the most out of it.
