Locanda Rossa , Capalbio

We have always had a love story with Italy. But for the very first time we decided to spend our summer holidays in Tuscany when we would normally head towards the wonderful beaches of Corsica at this time of the year.

We have not been disappointed so far. We found last minute a wonderful spot at the Locanda Rossa hotel, just an hour north of Rome and just a few kilometres away from the medieval town of Capalbio. A great place for families as there is a dedicated pool for kids as well as a big lawn play area including a football pitch.

The highlight has been the food so far which a few pasta dishes direct from heaven. A dedicated post will follow emphasising the local specialities.

For now, back to the pool. Ci vediamo dopo !
