Hi ADV readers. It’s been some time since my last post. And possibly 2 years since the last one covering our passion for Uruguay. We escaped from the freezing Europe a couple of days ago and did settle in the little village of José Ignacio for a couple of weeks. So we should have a bit more time to share our best meals, places to stay and visit, local farmers….To start with find below a picture taken yesterday of one of the latest house built in the Village.
